The Design Process
If, at any time during the design process, you become unreachable for an extended period of time, or fail to respond to email or phone communication for a period of 10 days or more, and do not notify me in advance of your absence, your site may be placed on hold and work may commence on the next client. In this event, when you do return, we will reschedule the time frame for completion depending on any new work commenced during your absense. Good communication is vital, and we are very flexible as long as good communication is maintained. Site Access and Release of Design
Refund Policy
Services; Once work has commenced, with exception of special circumstances on mutual agreement, design and/or consultation fees are not refundable. A purchase of design services or consultation services constitutes purchasing my time. By the time you receive work for preview, I will have spent a great deal of time working with you on strategy and concept. Thus, since you can not return the time I have already invested in your project, the purchase itself is not refundable. However, I would be happy to work with you to re-schedule the work at a time that is more convenient for you. Acceptable Use Policies
Client agrees to defend, indemnify, save and hold LindaCaroll.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys fees asserted against LindaCaroll.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by the client, its agents, employees or assigns. Client agrees to defend, indemnify and hold LindaCaroll.com harmless against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement. (With humble apology to my lawyer, or any other... in plain English, this means that if your product or service causes harm to any third party, designing your website does not make me responsible; you are responsible. If you send me information to post to your website and it turns out to be a copyright infringement, I am also not responsible.)
